We're looking for a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our growing support team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face behind our chat interactions, helping customers find answers and solutions while representing our brand with professionalism and care. Your day-to-day work will include responding to customer inquiries through live chat on our website and social channels. You'll answer questions, share relevant resources and promotions, and help guide customers toward solutions that work for them.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a strong internet connection. You'll also need solid English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position, and we provide full training to get you up to speed. Prior live chat experience isn't necessary—just bring your willingness to learn and your customer-focused attitude.
Location: Available worldwide, with preference for candidates in the USA.
