What you will be doing: You'll manage real-time customer conversations through our chat platform and social channels. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, directing customers to relevant resources, and sharing promotional offers when appropriate.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with the ability to use chat platforms and browse websites. Self-directed work style. Ability to follow guidelines and procedures. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Strong internet connection required.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote position available globally (United States applicants preferred).
