Responsibilities
- As a Tier I Customer Service Representative, you'll respond to customer messages through live chat on client websites and their social media channels. You'll address everything from technical support questions to inquiries about products and services from both current and prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements
- Access to a computer, phone, or tablet for accessing web chat platforms and social media messaging.
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow established processes and guidelines independently.
- Flexible schedule with at least 10 hours per week available.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection.
Location
