We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team and make a real difference in how customers interact with our business. Working entirely remotely through live chat, you'll build relationships with customers, troubleshoot their issues, and guide them toward the right solutions—all without ever picking up a phone.
What you will be doing: Your days will be spent engaging with customers through live chat on our website and social media platforms. You'll answer their questions promptly, share relevant product information, direct them to helpful resources, and occasionally highlight special offers to enhance their experience.
Contract length: Flexible, with no commitment period required.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can reliably access both social media and web-based chat platforms. Self-motivation and the ability to work without constant supervision are important. Following detailed guidelines and instructions should come naturally to you. You'll need at least 5 hours weekly available, plus a stable internet connection.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly, depending on your availability.
Location: Work from anywhere in the world (applicants based in the USA are especially encouraged to apply).
