We're looking for Squarespace Live Chat Specialists to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate purchases and answer their questions about our products and services.
You'll provide friendly, efficient support by answering product questions, helping customers navigate our website, and creating positive shopping experiences from start to finish.
We provide comprehensive training materials and dedicated support from our team available whenever you need it. You'll have everything required to succeed in this role and grow your skills while earning competitive compensation.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat on our website and social media platforms. You'll handle both customer support questions from existing shoppers and sales inquiries from prospects interested in learning more about what we offer.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with reliable internet access. You should be comfortable working on your own and following instructions closely. Plan to have at least 10 hours available each week to commit to this position.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work globally (USA preferred).
