What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat platforms integrated into websites and social media channels. Your role includes answering product questions from shoppers and providing technical support to existing clients.

Rate: $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access. Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented when following guidelines. Comfortable managing your own schedule. At least 10 hours weekly availability required. Stable, reliable internet connection is essential.
