You'll dig into problems, work through troubleshooting steps, and get things resolved. Plus, you'll get to share feedback with our product team—your insights directly shape how we build and improve our platform.
Requirements: All you need is a working laptop, phone, or tablet with a solid internet connection. You should be comfortable writing clearly in English. This is a beginner-friendly position, so no prior chat support experience is required. We'll give you everything you need to get up to speed.
Rate: $35 per hour
Location: Remote work available for candidates based in the USA.
