What you will be doing: You'll provide real-time assistance to customers via chat on Facebook Messenger and business websites. Your role will involve responding to service inquiries from current customers as well as addressing sales questions from prospective clients interested in our partners' offerings.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: A working device that can run social media and web chat platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Comfortable working on your own without constant supervision. Willingness to follow detailed guidelines and workflows. At least 10 hours weekly available. Strong and stable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10+ hours per week
Location: Fully remote, available worldwide (USA-based candidates preferred).
