What you will be doing: You'll spend your time responding to incoming messages, addressing visitor questions, sharing product recommendations and promotional offers, and keeping conversations flowing smoothly on our digital channels.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for messaging and web chat platforms. Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and protocols. Minimum 5 hours weekly availability. Stable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work globally (USA preferred).
