What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat and Facebook Messenger on behalf of our partner companies. You'll handle both customer support questions from existing clients and sales inquiries from prospective customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with reliable internet access. Strong ability to work with minimal supervision. Capacity to follow detailed guidelines and procedures carefully. Minimum 10+ hours per week availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.
