We're looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you'll create meaningful connections with customers by providing thoughtful support via chat and email. Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet with stable internet access is essential. You'll need basic proficiency in written English.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position—no prior chat support experience required. We provide complete onboarding and training for all new team members.
Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service via chat and email while meeting performance goals. Work across different platforms and systems to resolve customer questions quickly. Balance multiple conversations while maintaining quality interactions.
