About the Role
In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through live chat and email on company websites. You'll handle both their questions and concerns as well as sales opportunities. The entire job is conducted online, so you can work comfortably from anywhere.
What You Will Be Doing
We'll get you up to speed with a quick onboarding that covers the basics of the job and introduces you to the company. Throughout your day, you'll access the client's chat system to engage with incoming customer messages. You'll tackle everything from technical support questions to sales inquiries. We supply you with reference materials that cover frequently asked questions, and our experienced team is always there to help you succeed.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
