This is a completely remote position focused on text-based communication—no phone calls required. You'll handle customer conversations through live chat platforms, Facebook Messenger, and website chat widgets, helping businesses connect with their customers. Work from anywhere with an internet connection.

In this role, you'll manage incoming chat requests from website visitors and social media followers. Your day will involve answering customer questions, providing product information, sharing promotional offers, and directing people to relevant resources.
rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a computer, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection to succeed in this role. Solid English writing skills are a must.
