In this role, you'll handle live chat conversations on client websites and social media platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will involve responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and helping customers find great deals.

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. You'll also need functional English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with complete on-the-job training provided. Previous chat support experience is not required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
