Looking for a way to help customers while working from home? We're hiring Live Chat Agents to connect with shoppers and provide support through our chat platform. You'll handle customer questions, offer solutions, and help drive sales—all from your computer.
Responsibilities
- Connect to the live chat system each day and respond to incoming customer messages.
- Make use of chat tools and resources to quickly handle frequently asked questions.
- Escalate challenging issues to your supervisor when needed for additional guidance.
- Complete a quick 1-2 hour onboarding session to get up to speed.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements
- A device that can access websites and chat applications (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow guidelines independently.
- Flexible schedule allowing at least 5+ hours per week.
- Stable internet connection at home.
Location
- Work from anywhere (USA-based applicants preferred).
