Responsibilities:
- You'll handle incoming live chat conversations from our clients' websites and social media channels as a Live Chat Assistant. Your day-to-day includes answering customer questions, sharing relevant resources, and highlighting special offers to customers.
Contract Duration: Ongoing, no end date
rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a working computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access to handle chat platforms and social media. We're looking for someone independent who can take direction, commit to at least 5 hours weekly, and maintain a strong internet connection throughout your shifts.
Weekly Hours: Flexible schedule, 5-40 hours available per week
Location: Remote positions available worldwide (United States applicants preferred)
