- What You'll Do: You'll respond to customer messages through live chat on our website and social media platforms. Most conversations will be with people who've already purchased from us, asking about returns, reordering, or other account questions. Full training is provided, so fresh faces are totally welcome here.
- Contract Length: Flexible contract with no set end date—work at your own pace.
- Rate: $35 per hour.
- Requirements: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or laptop to access our chat systems. Be someone who can work independently, follow clear instructions, and commit at least 5 hours weekly. A stable internet connection is non-negotiable.
- Weekly Hours: You pick your schedule between 5 and 40 hours per week.
- Location: 100% remote, open to anyone worldwide, though we especially welcome candidates from the USA.
