We're looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to provide support to our Shopify store sellers. In this position, you'll address customer inquiries about products, handle exchange and return requests, and work to make every interaction smooth and helpful.
Your Role
- You'll be the first point of contact when customers reach out through our live chat, answering questions about promotions, policies, and product details.
- You'll have access to helpful resources documenting common customer questions, plus you'll work closely with your team lead who's available to help when you encounter more complex issues.

- Flexible arrangement with no set contract duration.
- Compensation: $35 hourly.
- Requirements: Computer, smartphone, or tablet access, ability to work without constant supervision, strong attention to detail, minimum 20 hours weekly availability, and stable internet connection.
