Job Description
In this position, you'll be the bridge between our customers and company, making sure every interaction reflects our commitment to putting users first. Most of your time will be spent helping customers through live chat on platforms like Facebook Messenger, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. The best part? You can do all of this from home, working remotely on your own schedule from anywhere in the world.
Position Details
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Requirements:
- A working laptop, phone, or tablet.
- Fast and stable internet connection.
- Comfortable writing in English at a basic level.
- Skills/background needed:
- This is a perfect starting point—we'll train you from the ground up.
