Our online retail partners receive hundreds of messages daily on Instagram from customers wanting to know about product details, shipping information, return procedures, and more. Your job will be to respond to these inquiries professionally and helpfully, turning curious shoppers into loyal customers.
What you will be doing: You'll provide friendly and efficient customer service by responding to messages and inquiries through Instagram DMs and website chat platforms. You'll answer questions from both potential customers interested in making a purchase and existing customers needing support or assistance.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a reliable device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with the ability to access social media platforms and chat interfaces. Must be comfortable working independently and following detailed guidelines. A minimum of 10+ hours per week availability is required. You should have a stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work available globally (United States applicants preferred).
