What you'll be doing: You'll manage incoming chat conversations across our client's website and social platforms, helping customers find answers, directing them to relevant products, and letting them know about current promotions and special offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a device that can access chat platforms and social media—smartphone, tablet, or computer all work fine. Most importantly, you should be comfortable taking direction, working autonomously, and have a stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Work remotely from anywhere with internet access.
