In this role, you'll spend your time hands-on with mobile applications, examining how they work and sharing your honest impressions. You'll be part of a collaborative environment where you can build expertise while making a real contribution to how we evaluate apps.
Rate: $25 - $35 per hour (Varies based on app complexity and review depth required)
Key Responsibilities
- Install and test mobile apps on various platforms and in different categories.
- Assess app performance, design, and user experience with constructive feedback.
- Spot bugs, usability problems, and other concerns, then document them for our review specialists.
- Work alongside seasoned team members to learn what separates a quality app review.
- Take part in workshops and coaching to build your knowledge of mobile technology and evaluation best practices.
Requirements
- Genuine curiosity about mobile apps and willingness to develop technical knowledge.
- Comfortable using phones and tablets at a basic level.
- Ability to write clear feedback and communicate your thoughts effectively.
- Self-motivated with an adaptable approach to working in a dynamic environment.
- Stable internet access and a compatible device for running and testing apps.
Location: Fully remote, accepting applicants worldwide (US-based candidates preferred). We're actively scaling our remote team in this position.
