What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries and messages on Instagram DMs and website chat platforms. Some customers will have questions about existing orders or products, while others will be interested in learning more about what the business offers. Your job is to provide helpful, friendly responses that address their needs.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for managing social media and chat platforms. Comfortable working without direct supervision. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Dependable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work globally (USA preferred).
