In this role, you'll test everything from cutting-edge tech to brand new apps. You'll be the eyes and ears of our product teams, spotting problems and sharing what works (and what doesn't). Your honest feedback directly shapes how millions of people experience our products.
Rate: $35 per hour (rates vary based on how complex the product is and how detailed your testing needs to be).
Key Responsibilities
- Test products thoroughly and document any glitches, crashes, or problems you discover.
- Write clear, detailed reports about how products perform, how intuitive they are, and what the overall experience feels like.
- Work with our product teams to share your findings and recommend ways to make things better.
- Keep learning about new testing approaches and stay aware of what's happening in the industry.
- Join team calls to share what you've learned and weigh in on product decisions.
Skills/background needed
- A smartphone or tablet you can use to download and test apps.
- Comfort working solo without much supervision.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work systematically through testing plans.
- At least 5 hours available each week.
- Steady, dependable internet connection.
