Roles
- Test mobile apps and games, then document your findings in comprehensive reports.
- Evaluate how well apps work, how easy they are to use, and whether they deliver a good experience.
- Keep tabs on what's happening in the mobile app world and share relevant observations.
Rate: $35 per hour (varies based on how complex the app is and how thorough your review needs to be).
Contract length: Open-ended.
Requirements
- You don't need previous experience—just genuine enthusiasm for testing apps and writing about them.
- Real passion for discovering how apps work and what makes them tick.
- Strong writing ability; you can explain ideas in ways people actually understand.
- You work well on your own and get things done when you say you will.
- You'll need a working smartphone or tablet to test apps on.
- A solid, dependable internet connection is essential.
