We're building out our Operations team and looking for a Support Specialist to help us scale our sales efforts. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales team—handling customer inquiries, building relationships with clients, and spotting ways to make our support process more effective. You'll be instrumental in helping us grow our business across key markets.
This is a fully remote position where you'll communicate exclusively through digital channels like Facebook Messenger. As a live chat representative, you'll be responding to customer messages on our clients' websites and social platforms throughout your shift. Work from anywhere in the world—your home office, a coffee shop, wherever you're most productive.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a computer or mobile device with reliable internet access. Clear, professional English communication in writing is essential for this role.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position perfect for someone starting their live chat career. We provide comprehensive onboarding and training, so previous experience isn't required.
