We're looking for motivated people to join our team as Home-Based Chat Support Representatives. This is a seasonal, full-time opportunity perfect for anyone wanting to build their customer service skills while working remotely. You'll handle customer inquiries through email and live chat, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and opportunities for additional hours when demand picks up.
What you will be doing: In this role, you'll respond to live chat inquiries on company websites and social media channels. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer questions, sharing relevant product links, and helping customers find the best deals available.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access to manage live chat and social media platforms. Strong ability to work without constant supervision. Comfort following detailed guidelines and procedures. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable, reliable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
