You'll tackle customer questions, provide thorough product details, guide people through the buying process, and help them feel confident about their purchases. Everything happens online, which means you can work at your own pace from anywhere with an internet connection.

Training and Support:
No experience necessary. We'll walk you through everything—our software, how to communicate with customers, and proven techniques that work. You'll have all the tools and guidance you need to succeed.

Rate:
$35 per hour.

Requirements

  • A device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) that runs Facebook Messenger and chat applications
  • Stable, dependable internet access
  • Solid written English and typing ability
  • The ability to absorb training and put it into practice

Skills and Background Needed:
This role is perfect for people just starting out. You don't need prior experience in chat support. What matters is the ability to write clearly, stay on top of things, and respond to customers with genuine warmth and helpfulness.
