Looking for someone to join our customer support team! You'll be helping customers through live chat, handling their questions, processing orders, and managing returns and complaints. The role covers everything from answering customer messages to entering order data and evaluating service issues.
What You'll Be Doing
- You'll work as a Live Chat Support Agent, logging in during your scheduled shift (we offer flexible timing) to answer customer messages directly on our website.
- Clock out when your shift ends and get paid daily for the hours you've worked.
Details
- Flexible arrangement with no long-term contract required.
- Compensation: $35/hour.
- What we need from you: A computer, phone, or tablet with internet access, the ability to work on your own, attention to detail when following guidelines, a willingness to work a minimum of 5 hours weekly, and dependable internet connection.

- Work from anywhere in the world as a fully remote position (we're especially looking to fill positions in the USA).
