What you will be doing: You'll spend your time managing customer messages on our Facebook and Instagram channels. Some folks will be reaching out for help with existing orders, while others might have questions about our products or services. We'll give you everything you need to learn the ropes and handle inquiries like a pro.
Contract length: Flexible, no set end date
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can handle social media and chat platforms. Self-motivation is key since you'll be working on your own schedule. We ask that you commit to at least 5 hours weekly and maintain a solid internet connection. Following guidelines closely and working with minimal supervision is important.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote from anywhere (US-based applicants preferred).
