This position is entirely text-based—no phone calls or face-to-face interactions required. You'll engage with customers exclusively through live chat platforms like Facebook Messenger, handling inquiries for various businesses directly from your own space online.
Your day-to-day will involve responding to customer messages, addressing inquiries, sharing product links, and helping customers find special offers. You'll be the friendly voice (via keyboard) helping businesses connect with their customers in real time.
Compensation: $35 per hour
What you'll need: A working laptop, phone, or tablet with stable internet access. You should be comfortable with basic written English and able to communicate clearly.
Experience required: None—this is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. First-time chat support professionals are welcome and encouraged to apply.
