Job Description
Your day-to-day work involves logging into our chat system each morning and responding to customer messages as they come in. The platform includes helpful resources like templates for common questions, and you'll have a supervisor available to help with trickier situations. We'll give you a quick 1-2 hour training session to make sure you're ready to go before your first shift.
Position Details

- Self-motivation and ability to manage your own workflow.
- Willingness to follow instructions and company guidelines.
- Between 5-40 hours of availability per week.
