We're looking for a Remote Live Chat Operations Support specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll handle real-time customer inquiries across multiple channels, addressing questions about our products, services, and accounts while maintaining high satisfaction standards. This role is essential to guiding customers through their journey and building lasting relationships with our brand.
What you will be doing: You'll manage incoming live chat messages from our website and social media platforms, responding promptly to customer questions, sharing relevant product information and purchase links, and communicating available promotions and offers.
Contract length: Ongoing, no fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device for managing website chat interfaces and social media platforms (smartphone/tablet/computer required). Strong ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Comfortable following detailed procedures and guidelines. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable, high-speed internet connection.
Hours per week: Between 5 – 40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling.
