What You Will Be Doing
You'll be paired with a specific client and spend your days monitoring their chat widget, responding to visitor inquiries in real time, and providing helpful solutions. We supply detailed training materials covering common questions and procedures, plus you'll have a dedicated supervisor ready to jump in whenever you need guidance or support.
Details
- Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $35 per hour
- Skills/background needed: Own a working device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with internet access. Comfortable managing tasks independently. Willingness to follow detailed guidelines and protocols. Minimum 5 hours weekly availability. Strong, stable internet connection required.
- Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
- Location: Remote work globally (USA preferred).
