We're looking for a friendly Live Chat Representative to join our customer support team. In this role, you'll connect with customers to help them find the right wheels and tires for their vehicles through real-time online chat. You'll guide them through product options, check compatibility, and help them book service times—all without ever leaving your home.
Working remotely, you'll respond to customer messages on our website chat and social channels. Your day will involve answering product questions, sharing relevant links, and letting customers know about current promotions—everything happens through text-based communication. This is purely online work with zero in-person meetings.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements
- A computer, smartphone, or tablet with dependable internet access.
- Solid written communication in English.
Skills/background needed
- This is an entry-level chat support role, and we'll train you thoroughly. Previous experience in live chat support isn't required.
