In this role, you'll be the voice of a business on their Twitter feed and other social channels. Your main responsibility is checking in regularly, reading customer messages, and giving helpful replies. Whether someone has a question about a product or wants to make a purchase, you'll be there to assist. Don't stress about knowing all the answers—we'll give you comprehensive training materials and a list of common questions with suggested responses. You'll also have a dedicated supervisor ready to help whenever you need guidance or have a question.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat platforms on websites and social media accounts. You might help existing customers with issues or answer questions from potential customers interested in buying.
Contract length: Flexible, no minimum commitment
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for social media and chat platforms. Ability to work without constant supervision. Strong attention to detail when following guidelines. At least 10+ hours per week availability. Stable, dependable internet connection.
