We're looking for a Phone App Guide Writer to join our growing remote team. In this role, you'll produce detailed guides, walkthroughs, and practical advice that help users maximize their mobile app experience.
Roles: Your day-to-day work involves installing apps on your mobile device, testing them thoroughly, and documenting your findings. You'll write clear summaries of how each app works and flag any issues you encounter during testing.
Requirements: You'll need at least one compatible device—an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or Android tablet.
Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date
Rate: $35/hour (compensation adjusts based on app complexity and how in-depth your review needs to be)
Skills/background needed
- Own a smartphone or tablet and know how to download and use applications
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to follow guidelines
- Willing to commit at least 5 hours weekly
- Dependable internet connection
Hours per week: Your schedule is flexible
