As a Virtual Chat Specialist, you'll work under the guidance of our Online Chat Manager, handling various customer service tasks for our organization and our valued clients.
This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the USA. We're looking for motivated, trustworthy individuals who take their work seriously and genuinely care about delivering quality service.
What You Will Be Doing
You'll spend your day engaging with customers through live chat on our client websites, providing immediate and thoughtful support. Your role will involve juggling multiple conversations at once while maintaining composure and a positive attitude, even during busy periods. Your primary focus is ensuring every customer feels heard and helped.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to live chat inquiries about website features, product questions, and general account issues. You'll also assess each interaction for quality, forwarding complex situations to your manager when needed. Building rapport with customers is key—understanding their needs helps us serve them better and builds loyalty.
Working from home is central to this role, giving you the flexibility to create your ideal work environment.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: A laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection is essential. You'll also need solid basic English writing abilities to communicate effectively with customers.
Skills/background needed: This is a beginner-friendly position with comprehensive onboarding included. No previous live chat experience is necessary—we'll train you thoroughly.
