Job Details

Responsibilities
- We'll get you up to speed with an onboarding session so you understand the business and the work ahead.
- Every day, you'll log into the company's chat platform and answer customer messages. Questions might be about products, services, billing, or general inquiries.
- We supply you with resources and FAQs to help you answer questions, and our team is always ready to support you.
