Position Overview
Your job is straightforward: support customers at eCommerce companies—think fashion retailers, accessory shops, and more—through real-time chat conversations. You'll work with people who are already interested in buying, so there's no cold-calling involved. Just friendly guidance to help them complete their purchase.

No experience necessary—we hire people new to chat support all the time. We provide full training to get you up to speed.
