Your main responsibility will be managing our website's live chat throughout your shifts, addressing customer inquiries that range from technical support questions to sales assistance. We'll equip you with comprehensive resources and answer guides, plus our team is always available if you need help.
Position Details
- Rate: $35 per day
- Contract Length: No fixed term
- Requirements:
- A working device—smartphone, tablet, or computer—that can run web chat and access social media platforms.
- Comfortable working autonomously without constant supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to commit at least 10 hours per day.
