Your Role: As a Remote Customer Service Chat Representative, you'll be handling customer conversations on our chat platform every single day. You'll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every customer leaves the conversation satisfied. We need someone who's friendly, clear in their writing, and can think on their feet to handle whatever comes your way.
Contract Term: Flexible - No fixed term commitment
Rate: $35 per hour
Required Skills/Background
- A working device with internet access—computer, tablet, or smartphone will do
- Self-directed work style with minimal supervision needed
- Ability to follow guidelines and standard procedures consistently
- At least 10 hours available each week
- Fast and stable internet connection
Weekly Commitment: Part-time, with a minimum of 10 hours per week
Location: Remote work available worldwide (USA preferred)
