About the role: As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll respond to customer inquiries in real-time through website chat windows and social media platforms. You'll assist both existing customers with support issues and prospective customers with sales questions.
Contract type: Open-ended, no fixed duration
Compensation: $35 per hour
Required qualifications: Access to a device that supports social media and web-based chat platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Strong ability to work autonomously. Capacity to follow detailed instructions precisely. Minimum 10+ hours per week availability. Stable, dependable internet connection.
Weekly time commitment: 10+ hours minimum
Work location: Remote, available globally (United States candidates preferred).
