What you'll be doing
You'll be working as a live chat support specialist, helping customers navigate their inquiries through our Instagram Checkout messaging platform. Your day-to-day will involve answering customer questions promptly and courteously, troubleshooting issues, and sharing details about what we offer. You'll need strong communication abilities—especially in writing—along with solid multitasking skills to juggle several conversations simultaneously. Prior customer service experience is helpful but absolutely not required.
