What You'll Do Daily:
You'll respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, providing relevant product links, and applying promotional offers when appropriate. All interactions are recorded and tracked to maintain quality standards across every customer touchpoint.
What We're Looking For:
A reliable device—phone, tablet, or computer—with access to social media and chat platforms
The ability to work autonomously and follow processes with precision
Strong motivation and consistent performance
Minimum availability of 5 hours weekly
A dependable, high-speed internet connection.
