What you will be doing: You'll work as a live chat specialist, responding to customer messages on our website and social media platforms. Your day-to-day will involve answering questions, sharing relevant product links, and letting customers know about current promotions and offers.
Contract length: Ongoing, flexible arrangement
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can access websites and chat platforms. We're looking for independent workers who can follow clear directions, stay organized, and have a minimum of 5 hours weekly available. A stable internet connection is non-negotiable.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours per week
Location: Fully remote role, ideally based in the United States.
