Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming chat requests on client websites and social media platforms. You'll help customers with their questions, share product information, suggest special offers, and direct them to relevant resources.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements
- You'll need a working laptop, phone, or tablet along with stable internet access.
- Strong written communication skills in English are essential.
Skills/background needed
- This is an entry-level chat support role with full training provided. Previous experience in customer service chat isn't necessary to apply.
