Job Responsibilities: You'll start with a short training to learn the role and understand the business you'll support. Each day, you'll log into the company's chat system to help customers with everything from technical support to product questions. We provide you with resource materials covering frequently asked questions and offer ongoing assistance from our team.
Contract Duration: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a device that can access websites and chat platforms—a smartphone, tablet, or computer works fine. Self-motivation and attention to detail are important, as you'll be working independently while following clear guidelines. We need people who can commit to at least 10 hours weekly and have a stable internet connection.
Weekly Hours: 10+ hours per week
Location: This is a fully remote position; we're primarily looking for candidates based in the USA.
