What you'll be responsible for: You'll respond to live chat messages across business websites and social media platforms. Your day-to-day tasks include answering customer questions, sharing relevant product links, and helping customers find special offers.
Contract type: Flexible, no minimum term
Compensation: $35 per hour
Requirements: Access to a device that can run social media and web-based chat platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Comfortable working on your own. Willingness to follow guidelines and procedures precisely. At least 5+ hours weekly availability. Strong, consistent internet connection.
