Job Description
In this role, you'll be the voice of our company on social media, connecting with customers every day. You'll answer questions before customers make purchases, resolve issues after they buy, and interact with them through various channels including email, live chat, product reviews, community answers, and direct messaging. Building positive relationships through these touchpoints helps create loyal customers who keep coming back.
